Fashion War: Katie Holmes vs Rachel Bilson
Since last week, we have seen Katie Holmes sporting a 1990's fashion statement: the rolled pants. But I guess, she's not the only member of "The Sisterhood of Tight-Rolled Pants", Rachel Bilson also belongs to the sisterhood!
